Shipping Policy

At Five Starr Hair, we are committed to processing and shipping your order quickly and efficiently.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM (CST) qualify for next business day shipping.

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM (CST) will begin processing the following business day.

  • Business days are Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Timeframe

All orders are shipped via standard shipping.

Please allow up to 5 business days total for delivery from the time your order is placed.

This timeframe includes:

  • Order processing

  • Packaging

  • Carrier transit time

Please note that shipping times may vary slightly during high-volume periods, holidays, or due to carrier delays.


Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to reship the order.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Five Starr Hair is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues. Customers must file claims directly with the carrier.
