At Five Starr Hair, we take pride in providing premium-quality hair extensions and bundles. Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, all sales are final.

All Sales Are Final

We do not offer:

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

  • Refunds

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

Please ensure you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.


Inspect Before Installation

We strongly encourage customers to thoroughly inspect their hair extensions before:

  • Removing zip ties or breaking the seal

  • Washing

  • Coloring or bleaching

  • Cutting

  • Installing

If there are any concerns, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. Hair that has been altered, installed, or removed from its original packaging will not be eligible for review under any circumstances.


Installation Disclaimer

We highly recommend that all extensions be installed by a licensed professional.

Five Starr Hair is not responsible for:

  • Improper installation

  • Tension, cutting, or damage caused during installation

  • Coloring, bleaching, chemical processing, or toning

  • Heat damage or improper maintenance

  • Results that do not meet personal expectations after installation

Once the hair has been installed or altered in any way, we assume it has been accepted as satisfactory.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or a product that appears damaged upon arrival, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address] with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Clear, unedited photos of the product

Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.


Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Filing a chargeback for a product that aligns with our clearly stated policy may result in a permanent ban from future purchases.
