Local Pickup Policy

At Five Starr Hair, we offer convenient local pickup for customers who prefer to receive their hair extensions in person.

Pickup Eligibility

• Local pickup must be selected at checkout.

• You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready.

• Please wait for the “Ready for Pickup” notification before arriving.

Orders are typically ready within 1 business day if placed before 4:00 PM (CST).

Pickup Window

• Pickup must be completed within 3 business days of receiving your pickup confirmation.

• If the order is not picked up within this timeframe and no communication is made, the order will be canceled with no refund (all sales are final).

Pickup Requirements

To receive your order, you must bring:

• A valid photo ID

• Your order confirmation email

The name on the ID must match the name on the order unless prior approval has been given.

Inspection Policy

Customers are responsible for inspecting their hair at the time of pickup. Once you leave the pickup location, the order is considered accepted.

Due to sanitary reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Appointment & Courtesy

Pickup is by appointment only. Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without communication, you may need to reschedule.
